Stanford University rsearchers have released a list containing the names of the top 2% scientists in the world. GNOBB members listed includes Dr. Abed Chaudhury, Professor Parvez Haris, Professor Enamul Huq, Dr. Firdausi Qadri and Professor Mohammed Rahmatullah. Professor Parvez Haris and Professor Enamul Huq are also founding members of GNOBB.
The strong academic impact and international reputation of GNOBB researchers is clearly evident from this list which contains the names of about 160,000 researchers. The list can be downloaded from this link: https://journals.plos.org/plosbiology/article?id=10.1371/journal.pbio.3000918
Whilst we are proud to see five GNOBB scientists in the top 2% list but such ranking has limitations and mistakes can occur. However, we are not surprised that GNOBB members who are listed, definitely have the track record to be in the top 2%.
