A training program on biosafety is being arranged by the Federation of Asian Biotech Associations Bangladesh Chapter (FABABD) in association with FABA (Headquarters), and Bangladesh Biosafety & Biosecurity Society (BBBS) from 22nd October to 6th November. The training entitled "Workshop on Biosafety and Biosecurity: in Microbiological and Biomedical Research, Diagnosis and Clinical Care"  will be a 7 day long workshop targetting the graduates/post-graduates/research scholars/faculty working or planning to work with infectious agents in the academic institutions, diagnostic labs, hospitals, biopharma industries. The training sessions will include modules on biosafety and biosecurity in animal health, BSC and biohazardous waste management, biosafety and biosecurity in clinical care, biosafety and biosecurity in containment laboratories, biosafety and biosecurity in biotechnology applications, writing standard operating procedure, etc. The registration deadline is 20th October, 2021.
